Curriculum

Four phases over the cohort

Outcomes are framed as learning objectives — building reasoning, discipline, and a sustainable professional identity. They are never a claim of clinical competence or credentialing.

Weeks 1–3

Safety & foundations

Reasoning scaffolding, documentation discipline, and the habits that protect you first.
Weeks 4–6

Pharmacology depth & monitoring

From memorized lists to monitoring literacy and shared decision-making — educational, not patient-specific.
Weeks 7–9

Complexity & uncertainty

Comorbidity, ambiguity, and recognizing when a situation is beyond the current setting.
Weeks 10–12

Identity & sustainability

Boundaries, efficiency, and a 12-month plan you leave with.

Education and mentorship — not supervision

JoviNP provides general professional education and peer mentorship for clinicians and trainees. It is not clinical supervision, statutory collaboration, psychotherapy, patient care, or individualized medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. JoviNP does not review or direct care for any member's patient and does not create a provider–patient relationship. Each member retains sole responsibility for their clinical decisions, documentation, billing, licensure, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, board requirements, payer rules, and institutional policies. Case-based education must be fully de-identified. Do not upload protected health information or patient records. This platform is not a crisis service.
