Nature of the service
JoviNP is an education and peer-mentorship platform. It is not clinical supervision, statutory collaboration, patient care, or individualized medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. See our Disclaimers for the full standing notice, which is incorporated into these terms.
Member responsibilities
- You retain sole responsibility for your clinical decisions, documentation, billing, licensure, and compliance.
- You will not submit protected health information or any patient-identifying detail.
- You will follow the Community Guidelines.
- You will not resell, scrape, or redistribute platform content without permission.
Accounts and access
Paid access is governed by your active subscription or purchase status. Access is verified server-side against our payment processor. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Intellectual property
Course content, templates, and materials are licensed for your personal professional use and remain the property of JoviNP or its licensors. Educational templates are not legal forms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Content is provided “as is” for general educational purposes without warranties. JoviNP is not liable for clinical, legal, financial, employment, certification, or patient outcomes. Specific limitation-of-liability and indemnification language is to be drafted by counsel.
