The origin
Why “Jovi”?
JoviNP was inspired by the curiosity of founder John Adeniji’s daughter, Jovi. Over the years, one of John’s favorite things has been patiently answering her questions — and bringing that same energy to teaching students and early-career clinicians.
The belief at the center of the brand is simple: better questions create deeper understanding, stronger judgment, and more confident clinicians. Curiosity is not a weakness to outgrow. Guided well, it is how judgment grows.

The gap

A credential confers authority immediately. Clinical confidence, legal self-protection, and business literacy develop over time — and few employers deliver all three. That gap is what JoviNP fills.

Why JoviNP is intentionally no-PHI and education-only
The boundaries are not a limitation — they are what makes the platform safe and trustworthy.
We built JoviNP so that protected health information should never enter it. There are no chart uploads, no patient-document uploads, and no patient-facing features. Case learning is fully de-identified and focused on general reasoning — never on what to do for a specific, identifiable patient.
That discipline protects members, protects patients, and keeps the relationship squarely in the lane of education and peer mentorship. It is the single most important design decision in the product.
JoviNP provides general professional education and peer mentorship for clinicians and trainees. It is not clinical supervision, statutory collaboration, psychotherapy, patient care, or individualized medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. JoviNP does not review or direct care for any member's patient and does not create a provider–patient relationship. Each member retains sole responsibility for their clinical decisions, documentation, billing, licensure, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, board requirements, payer rules, and institutional policies. Case-based education must be fully de-identified. Do not upload protected health information or patient records. This platform is not a crisis service.
