This draft outlines how cancellations and refunds work. Final terms, including any statutory consumer-protection requirements, must be reviewed by counsel before publication. The platform never promises refunds beyond the approved policy.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel anytime from your billing portal.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the end of the paid period.
- Monthly and annual refund eligibility will be defined here once approved.
Cohorts (First-Year Bootcamp)
Cohort programs have fixed dates and capacity. Cohort cancellation and refund windows (for example, before a start date) will be specified in the signed cohort agreement and summarized here once approved.
One-time toolkits and digital products
Because toolkits are downloadable digital products, refund eligibility is limited and will be defined here. Where a purchase is refunded, access to the associated downloadable assets may be revoked per policy.
VIP mentorship
VIP mentorship is application-only and governed by a separate signed agreement; its refund terms live in that agreement.
